Personal data protection policy

The Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés (the CNIL) makes explicit the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

This regulation has legislated that everyone has the right to the protection of their personal data. As a result, any company collecting personal data must be transparent with the person who entrusted it to them, clearly explaining how the data is used. The individual can modify them or ask for them to be deleted.

The GDPR reinforces Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 on data processing, files and freedoms issued by the French government, through the CNIL. The latest version of the French Data Protection Act has been published to take account of the measures required by the  GDPR.
