How does delivery work?
You can have your purchase delivered directly to your home or to a relay point. If you live in the Lille area, we can also arrange a delivery to your head office address (to be preferred in exceptional circumstances).
It is your responsibility to check that the delivery address or choice of parcel delivery point is correct. La Rose et le Renard cannot be held responsible if items are delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address, or to an incorrectly selected parcel relay. Please refer to our General Terms and Conditions for further information.
How do I qualify for free delivery?
La Rose et le Renard offers to send your purchases to a Mondial Relay or Relais Colis point if your shopping basket reaches €150, including promotions, and if the shipping address is in metropolitan France.
How are items delivered?
Your package will be delivered in a gift box (offered for the first summer collection), lined with a second shipping box. The boxes are entirely recyclable. The cardboard boxes are designed and manufactured in the Hauts de France region, as is the raw material, cellulose pulp. Producing locally reduces carbon emissions, as boxes often come from China. Cardboard is the most eco-responsible material. It degrades with water. It doesn't pollute, provided it's not coated with ink or plasticized.

How do I track my order?
A tracking system is available if the chosen carrier allows it. You can track the progress of your order using the number provided by the carrier, directly on their website or on the La Rose et le Renard website.
