How to return the item:
A returns form will be sent to you by e-mail, to be completed and inserted in the parcel. It is your responsibility to make sure that all the information we need to identify you and proceed with the refund has been provided, in particular by inserting the returns form in the parcel.
The item must be returned within 14 working days of receipt of the returns form. The item must be in its original, unworn condition, with the original labels and packaging, and with the returns form inserted in the parcel. If this is not the case, we reserve the right to refuse the return for reimbursement. No claim will be accepted if these formalities are not respected.
Items are to be returned by colissimo for France (offered for metropolitan France) and by any other reliable carrier with a serious tracking process in another country. Returns outside mainland France are at your expense. Returns to a parcel depot are not accepted. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item arrives at the address of our head office.
The address to be given is the head office address: La Rose et le Renard, 97, rue Achille Testelin, 59 200 Tourcoing, FRANCE.
Please note: the cost of returning items for refund or exchange is the responsibility of the buyer, except for buyers located in metropolitan France.
For a refund:
On receipt of the item, La Rose et le Renard will refund the price of the item(s) ordered within 14 days of receipt of the item(s) in their original condition, together with the returns form (see paragraph above: how to return the item). If you have paid the delivery costs when you purchased the item, we will reimburse you up to the amount corresponding to the cheapest standard delivery method offered on the La Rose et du Renard website.
For an exchange :
An exchange form will be sent to you by e-mail, to be completed and inserted in the parcel. It is your responsibility to make sure that all the information we need to identify you and proceed with the size exchange is provided, in particular by inserting the exchange form in the parcel.
La Rose et le Renard will resend the new size at its own expense when delivery is possible in mainland France and at a relay point.
This is why the exchange is subject to validation. If the exchange is not possible by this means, you will have to proceed with a return for reimbursement (see above).
La Rose et le Renard will not accept more than one exchange at its expense.
